First Oklahoma Bank invites local teens to participate in the Lights, Camera, Save!® Teen Video Contest, a national financial education competition sponsored by Visa and managed by the American Bankers Association Foundation. The contest challenges students to create a short video that teaches their peers about the importance of making smart financial decisions.
Whether you’re interested in video production, marketing, social media, business, or personal finance, this is your opportunity to showcase your creativity while sharing an important message.

Who Can Enter?
- Students ages 13-18 as of October 1, 2026
- Residents of the United States or Washington, D.C.
- Public school, private school, virtual school, homeschool, and youth organization participants are welcome

How do I enter a video for the contest?
Easy! Simply download this Contest Form. It has all the instructions you need to enter the competition, including the email address to submit your video. Be sure to read the DOs & DON’Ts!
What is the deadline to enter?
The deadline for submissions is December 1, 2026. Winners will be announced in late February 2027.
How much does it cost to enter?
Nothing. The contest is completely free to enter, and no purchase or bank account is required.
What should my video be about?
Your video should focus on a personal finance topic and promote smart money habits. Topics may include:
- Saving money
- Budgeting
- Credit scores
- Paying for college
- Identity theft protection
- Managing debt
- Smart spending habits
- Other financial education topics
How long can my video be?
Videos must be 30 seconds or less and submitted in English.
Can I work with friends?
You may feature other people in your video, but only one student can be listed as the official entrant. If others appear in the video, you must have their permission before submitting your entry.
Can I use AI tools to create my video?
Yes. AI tools may be used to assist with your video, but you must remain the primary creator of the content. The video must be original and comply with all contest rules regarding copyright and ownership.
Can I use popular music in my video?
No. You may not use copyrighted music, movie clips, television clips, or other content that you do not own or have permission to use.
How will my video be judged?
Videos are judged on:
- 40% Message: Does the video communicate a strong financial lesson?
- 30% Production Quality: Is it engaging and well produced?
- 30% Creativity: Is the concept original and memorable?
