This Online Privacy Policy explains how First Oklahoma Bank (“First Oklahoma Bank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, use our mobile applications, or interact with us online.

This Policy does not replace our separate GLBA Consumer Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle your nonpublic personal financial information in connection with your deposit, loan, and other financial accounts as required by federal law. 1) What this policy covers
This Policy applies to:
- our publicly available websites and pages that link to this Policy,
- our mobile banking applications and related online services that link to this Policy,
- online forms, emails, and other digital interactions that link to this Policy.
This Policy works together with, and does not replace, your account agreements, online banking terms, or other specific product terms.
2) Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways.

- your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number,
- information you enter into forms or send in messages to us,
- information you provide when you request products or services,
- your choices, settings, and preferences.

- b.) Information collected automatically when you use our sites or apps
When you visit our websites or use our mobile applications, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- device information (such as device type, browser type, operating system),
- technical details (such as IP address, date and time of visit, pages viewed, links clicked),
- general information about how you use and move through our sites and apps. We design our systems so that:
- sensitive information such as account numbers, passwords, and secure messages is protected and not used for third-party marketing, and
- search terms and other free-text entries are not shared with unrelated third parties for their own purposes.

- other financial institutions involved in your transactions,
- identity verification and fraud prevention services,
- consumer reporting agencies,
- our service providers and, where applicable, our affiliates.
We use this information to verify identity, prevent fraud, provide services, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

- provide online and mobile banking services,
- respond to your questions and requests,

- communicate with you about your accounts and our products and services, where permitted. We do not use your confidential banking information for third-party targeted advertising.
4) Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- help our sites and apps function properly,
- keep your sessions secure,
- remember basic settings and preferences,
- understand general usage patterns so we can keep our services reliable and easy to use.
We may work with trusted third-party service providers to help with functions such as security, performance, and basic analytics.
These providers act as our service providers or contractors. They are permitted to use information collected on our behalf only to provide services to us and are not authorized to sell your information or use it for their own independent advertising or profiling.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/ CPRA.
You can manage certain cookie preferences through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie or privacy settings tools.
5) How we share information
We share information in limited ways:
- With service providers and contractors who assist us with services such as website and app hosting, data processing, analytics, printing, mailing, security, and customer support, under agreements that limit their use of the information.
- With other financial institutions, payment networks, and parties to transactions as needed to process payments, transfers, and other services you request.
- With our affiliates, if any, as allowed by law and as described in our GLBA Consumer Privacy Notice.
- With third parties when you ask or authorize us to share information (for example, when you use services or apps that connect to your accounts).
- With law enforcement, regulators, courts, and government authorities when required or permitted by law.
- As reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others, or to detect and prevent fraud or security incidents.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties so they can market their own products to you, except as allowed by law and described in your account disclosures, and subject to any choices you have.
6) California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, certain personal information we collect may be subject to the CCPA/CPRA. Much of the information we collect in providing financial products and services is covered by federal financial privacy laws and is not subject to CCPA/CPRA. The rights below apply to eligible personal information that is covered.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Know: Request that we disclose the categories of personal information we collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
- Access: Request a copy of certain personal information we maintain about you.
- Delete: Request that we delete certain personal information, subject to legal and business exceptions.
- Correct: Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information: If we use sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide services, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations, you may request that we limit such use. Our current practice is to use sensitive personal information only for these necessary purposes.
- Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

7) Children’s privacy
Our websites and online services are not directed to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 through our online services, we will take appropriate steps to delete it as required by law.
8) Electronic communications and service providers
We use logging, security measures, and trusted service providers to help operate, protect, and monitor the performance of our websites and apps.
We intend for these third parties to act only as our service providers in handling information for us, and not as separate or unauthorized listeners to your communications. We do not authorize any third party to intercept or use the contents of your communications with us for their own independent purposes.
9) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including measures such as encryption, access controls, and secure systems.
No system is completely secure. We encourage you to protect your passwords, use secure networks, and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity involving your accounts.

- protect our interests and those of our customers,
